The Kansas Judicial Branch provides the marriage license application online. Prepare a valid email address, the personal details on its checklist and a method of online payment. Allow for processing, not just the statutory wait
The current Kansas guidance says to allow at least two weeks from application to receiving a license. Do not plan a wedding around receiving it the same day you apply. The published base fee is $85.50, with an additional online payment charge.
